To Whom is May Concern: I worked with Bruce Baldwin for many months in seeking a home in the Kansas City area. As my personal life changed, so did my location needs . Bruce was always patient with my changes. He made suggestions, looked out for my interests by pointing out defects or market issues that I might have missed. He was knowledgable about the market, the local area, and those little issues that make a property more useful or valuable over time. He never pushed to change my mind, but made sure I had all the information to decide. I appreciate these things, but it must be said, I also expect those things of a professional realtor. What is not always present in tranactions, and what Bruce unfailingly offered, was a level of courtesy beyond simple business etiquette. That certainly smoothed this long and stressful process. Dear Bruce: Well what do you know? Our house is sold in about 40 days and at the list price. We are happy campers! We remember meeting you over a year ago @ an open house. We now think that God sent you to help us sell our home. We never though after our brief meeting last year that we’d be using you this year. As you know, we bought our home from another agent. He wasn’t exactly on our side during that process. We now know that certain things happened that were not in pour best interest. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all your efforts during the process of getting my home sold. You went above and beyond the call to make sure that my property received the best possible price. We wanted to let you know that we truly appreciate all the things you did (even the things you did that we didn’t know about! ) to make our relocation from Vermont to Kansas City a seamless process. We remember being in Vermont just after making the decision to move to Kansas City. We had no idea who to use as a real estate agent.
